We offer free shipping on all orders over $149. Flat rate shipping across Australia is charged at $14.95. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours.

We ship with Australia Post and Startrack. You can expect your order to arrive between 2-7 business days after placing the order. Please note if you ordered several items, they might arrive in separate parcels depending on the stock level in our two warehouses. Express post items are delivered within 1-4 Business days. In 2019 70% of our orders were delivered within 1 week.

HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN/EXCHANGE?

WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME FOR A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE OF AN ITEM?
The return needs to be sent back within the 90 days after from the tracked date of delivery.
WHAT WILL THE REFUND METHOD FOR MY RETURN BE?
We can either exchange the items, apply a store credit or provide a full refund to the payment method used.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED?
If you have a change of mind on a purchase we will exchange your item or refund your original method of payment provided that: You return the item within the 90 days after from the tracked date of delivery. The item has not been used and it in its original saleable condition
WILL I GET CHARGED FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
We do not cover the cost of return shipping (unless the item is faulty). We recommend sending any returns in a prepaid Australia Post satchel, available at any Post office near you. We do however cover the cost of shipping your exchange.
WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Our returns centre is checked daily, you will get a notification with instructions for your return within one business day. Refunds and exchanges are processed the same day we receive your item back in stock. The refund can take up to 3 days to settle in your account.

  • All LeTek saddles have an adjustable Easy-Fit Quik Gullet to fit any horse which is changeable in under 1 minute.
  • This saddle comes fitted with a Medium-Wide gullet plate.
  • Other size gullet plates can be purchased seperately in narrow, medium, wide and extra wide (TEK1906).
  • Available in Black, Brown and Tobacco.

All international orders are sent Priority Express Mail, delivery time is around 5-10 Business days. Our Fixed International Shipping Cost is $60 and Free Shipping on all orders over $400.
