We offer free shipping for Australian orders over $149. A shipping and handling fee for smaller order is charged at $16.5

We ship from 2 warehouse locations. Depending on stock levels, we sometimes ship products from different warehouses. Both tracking numbers will be available at your ProHorse account page.

Yes we do offer express postage with Australia Post for smaller items (not saddles).

All orders are processed and sent within 48 hours. Delivery dates range between 2-7 business days.

We use Australia Post and Startrack.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will apply for orders under $400 and will be added at checkout.

Returns

Yes we offer hassle free returns on all of our orders provided that you return it 90 days after receiving your order, the product is in its original condition and it was not a clearance item.

Your refund or exchange will be processed the same day we receive your parcel.
Depending on which payment method you used (Afterpay, paypal, Credit card) it might take up to 3 days for the funds to hit your account.

Yes we do not cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend sending any returns in a prepaid Australia Post satchel, available at any Post office near you.
Shipping cost for any exchanges is charged at $8.50 flat fee.

We pride ourselves in quality products that will last. If the quality of the product or our service does not meet your expectations we will accept returns passed the 90 day return policy and provide full refunds or compensate you in a way that is agreed on between yourself and us.

Afterpay, Paypal, AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay.

Afterpay allows you to purchase your products now, and pay it off over 4 instalments interest free. Once you get to the checkout page, just click checkout with 'Afterpay' and it will redirect you to their sign up page.

Yes all orders up to $2000. If you want to use Afterpay for larger orders or saddles please send us an email and we will set this up for you.

No we do not accept walk ins or order pickups.


We currently only sell through our online store www.prohorse.com.au.

Yes just give us a call at 1300 250 562 and we can assist.

Your tracking number will show up on your Prohorse order page. It can sometimes take up to 3 days for the tracking number to update in our system.
