Ordering

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes just give us a call at 1300 250 562 and we can assist.

Can I cancel my order?

The quickest way to cancel your order is to email sales@prohorse.com.au. Please note we can only cancel the order if the product is yet to leave our warehouse. Once it has left, you will have to return it to us for a refund.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we only sell through our online store prohorse.com.au. Our warehouse does not allow pickups.

Why did my order arrive in separate deliveries?

Depending on stock levels, we may ship products from different warehouse locations.

What Payment Options do you offer?

Afterpay, Paypal, AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay and bank transfer.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay allows you to purchase your products now, and pay it off over 4 instalments interest free. For order up to $2000. Once you get to the checkout page, just click checkout with 'Afterpay' and it will redirect you to their sign up page.

Shipping

Do you offer Express Post?

Yes! Express post is available on all orders within Australia. Please note if your order is bulky (saddles etc) we will send the order with Startrack Express.

How much is Shipping?

We offer Free shipping for Australian orders over $250.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to worldwide! Shipping costs will apply at checkout. We offer free shipping for international orders over $500.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-8 days. Express shipping is available on all Australian orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

All products can be returned for a full refund or exchange provided that:

- 90 days after receiving your order

- The product is in its original condition

- It was not a final sale item.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Your refund or exchange will be processed within 48 hours after we receive it back in our warehouse. Please note it can take up to 5 days for the funds to hit your account.
