Unlike most grooming tools that work by reaching down through the coat and pulling the loose hair out from the base, the EquiGroomer’s coarse blade works by removing the dead hair from the ends so there’s no pulling on the fur or harm to the skin. It also lifts up the dust and dander from the coat, removing it to reveal a clean, shiny coat. At the same time, it brings up the natural oils that nourish the coat and keep it looking in top condition. Regular use of the EquiGroomer will result in a coat that’s shiny, smooth and soft. All Australian orders are charged $16.95 flat rate shipping. We offer free Shipping on all orders over $400. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours.
Delivery Timeframe
We ship from Brisbane (QLD) and Perth (WA) with Australia Post and Startrack.
- Standard Post: 2-7 Business days
- Express Post: 1-4 Business days
Please note if you ordered several items, they may arrive in separate parcels depending on the stock level in our two warehouses.
International Orders
All international orders are sent Priority Express Mail, delivery time is around 5-10 Business days. Our Fixed International Shipping Cost is $60 and Free Shipping on all orders over $400.

WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME FOR A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE OF AN ITEM?
The return needs to be sent back within the 90 days after from the tracked date of delivery.
WHAT WILL THE REFUND METHOD FOR MY RETURN BE?
We can either exchange the items, apply a store credit or provide a full refund to the payment method used.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED?
If you have a change of mind on a purchase we will exchange your item or refund your original method of payment provided that: You return the item within the 90 days after from the tracked date of delivery. The item has not been used and it in its original saleable condition
WILL I GET CHARGED FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
We do not cover the cost of return shipping (unless the item is faulty). We recommend sending any returns in a prepaid Australia Post satchel, available at any Post office near you. We do however cover the cost of shipping your exchange. WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED? Our returns centre is checked daily, you will get a notification with instructions for your return within one business day. Refunds and exchanges are processed the same day we receive your item back in stock. The refund can take up to 3 days to settle in your account.
