We offer free shipping for Australian orders over $149. A shipping and handling fee for orders $0-$149 is charged at a flat fee of $16.95.
Depending on stock levels in our warehouses, we sometimes ship products from different locations. Both tracking numbers will be available on your ProHorse account page.
Yes we offer express postage within Australia for smaller orders (not saddles).
All orders are processed and sent within 48 hours. Delivery dates range between 1-7 business days.
We ship with Australia Post and Startrack.
We offer hassle free returns on all of our orders provided that you return it 90 days of tracked delivery, the product is in its original condition and it was not a clearance item. Please process your return here.
Your refund or exchange will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your item back. Depending on which payment method you used (Afterpay, paypal, Credit card) it might take up to 2-4 business days for the funds to hit your account.
The customer pays the return postage. We recommend sending any returns in a prepaid Australia Post satchel, available at any Australia Post office near you. Shipping cost for any exchanges is charged at flat fee of $8.50.
We pride ourselves in quality products that will last. If the quality of the product or our service does not meet your expectations we will accept returns passed the 90 day return policy and provide full refunds or compensate you in a way that is agreed on between yourself and us.

Afterpay allows you to purchase your products now, and pay it off over 4 instalments, interest free. Once you get to the checkout page, click checkout with 'Afterpay' and it will redirect you to their sign up page.
All orders up to $2000 (Australia & New Zealand residents only). If you want to use Afterpay for larger orders or saddles please send us an email and we will set this up for you.
Unfortunately we do not allow walk ins or order pickups at our warehouses.

Your tracking number will show up on your Prohorse order page. Please note It can sometimes take up to 3 days for the tracking number to update in our system.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will apply for orders under $400 and will be added at checkout.
